- Orders below £50.00 have a £3.95 delivery charge (with the exception of heavy goods). Orders between £50.00 - £250.00 have a £5.95 delivery charge (with the exception heavy goods). Orders over £250.00 qualify for free delivery. Please contact us with regard to delivery costs of the heavy goods.
Orders are usually despatched between 5-7 working days. Please contact us prior to purchase if you require them sooner to see if this is possible. Goods will be delivered to the invoice/billing address unless otherwise agreed before purchasing.
Please contact us for shipping costs to overseas addresses.
When accepting a delivery, please check your items BEFORE signing for them. This is because when you have signed for the items, you have signed to say that the items have been accepted in “Good Condition” and if this is not the case, we cannot accept responsibility if you have signed to accept the goods. If an item arrives damaged, please refuse delivery and we will then be able to sort this out with the delivery company and get a new item sent out to you. - Privacy & Security
- Ogon Koi only use information provided by you in accordance with the current UK Data Protection Act. We do not give your information to any third parties. The information given to us by yourselves will be used to process your order to the best of our ability. We may use your e-mail address to inform you of any offers or products that we may think are of interest to you. If you do not wish use to do this then please email us at nina@ogonkoicarp.co.uk and we will take you off our mailing list.
- Returns & Replacements
- Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your goods if you wish to return anything. We will then discuss with you our returns policy depending on each individual situation. All contact details can be found under the “contact us” section.
- Ordering
- We have tried to make the ordering process as simple as possible on our website. You can browse our products by category and then also by prices within each category in order to suit your budget. Once you have decided on the products you wish to buy, simply enter the quantity in the box and click “add to cart”. You can then either carry on shopping or go to the checkout. If at any point you wish to amend your shopping trolley, just click on “my cart” and edit the quantities of each item and the “update cart”. Once you have finish shopping, just click “proceed to checkout” and follow the simply steps to process your order. We recommend you register on our website to save time with future purchases.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- In the checkout process you will be asked to enter you card details in order for us to process you order. This is a safe and secure way of paying for your goods. If you wish to pay by cheque, please contact us and we will process your order over the phone or via email. Please note, if paying by cheque, we will not despatch the goods until the cheque has cleared in our account.
Throughout the year we may run various promotions in which case we will try to email all our current customers to inform them of the promotions we are running. They will also be advertised on the website. - Viewing Orders
- You can view your current orders by logging into your account and clicking on “My Orders”. This will enable you to see your current orders.
